Dylan draws from his professional background from the University of Oregon School of Architecture and Allied Arts where he earned his Bachelors degree in Architecture. Dylan continues to push the boundaries of sustainable design derived from the environment to help raise awareness of the growing issues associated with climate change and climate impacts.

"Confluence was curious to see what types of changes may have occurred in the species’ status. Dylan combined thorough research of the species current day status with excellent design and layout to create and update index of species for the Bird Blind."

- Colin Fogarty, on my work with the Confluence Project.

"Dylan is building a creative practice that involves asking questions, recording stories and making these stories accessible. In short, Dylan sees himself as architect-as-journalist who will utilize the mobile living design studio to respond to community need and environmental concern."

- Brook Muller, former head of the University of Oregon School of Environment & Design.
